It’s been an exciting week this week!

We have had lots of fun this week, and here are some more details….

During Maths, Groups 1 + 2 have been surveying class members to create a chart or graph on the information they collected. Also, Groups 3 + 4 have been working on pie charts and line graphs as part of our Data and Analysis topic.

In Reading, the Borrowers (Mary Norton) group have almost Β finished the first book, and have hit a really exciting moment! The Adolphus Tips group have been reading through their book, and summarising the story too.

In Topic, we have been looking at volcano research and facts. Each table group chose an expert in each of these categories; Hot Spots, Volcano Trackers, Inside a Volcano and Types of Volcanoes. When we were done, we could build a volcano on The Dynamic Earth website.

In Music with Mrs. Brough, we have been listening to music from the movie Grease, and singing along too! We read about Buddy Holly and the end of his music career.

And finally, P.E we have been working on our Rugby skills! Kicking over an imaginary bar, tag rugby and passing to each other in our teams!

So that has been our week in Primary 7, can’t wait for next week!
